Copenhagen summit risks failure without financing from rich countries

The Copenhagen summit is quickly approaching, and the African group at the United Nations estimates that 267 billion dollars per year are required to overcome the effects of climate change on the African continent, equal to 0.5% of the GDP of developed nations.
